We are a 20 year old brick and mortar store that has shipped countless items across the country. Records will be shipped in a 12 ¾ x 12 ¾ x 1” mailer with additional packing precautions as is the industry standard. All CDs, DVDs, Cassettes, 8-tracks, and other small items will ship out in padded bubble mailers. If you need extra attention given to your package because you have a small mailbox, live in an apartment building or have a carrier that thinks mail requires bending as part of the delivery process, just let us know. Once the tracked item has been marked as delivered, we can not offer you a refund. You will need to reach out to your carrier and file a claim, we are not liable for damages caused by the carrier.

We strongly encourage getting insurance on shipments $50 or more. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE for items once they ship out the door and will not refund for damages by USPS. This is where insurance kicks in and saves you and your money.
