Originally released on WAVE Records Brazil in 2015, Bleib Modern was then a solo project founded by Philipp Läufer, and only later evolved into a full band. Bleib Modern is one of the most talked about new coldwave bands in Germany. From electric instruments to guitars, bass, and flowing drum beats to psychedelic, sad, yet absolutely beautiful vocals: Bleib Modern (German for "staying modern") has developed its own unique and original sound universe! Philipps' lyrics are extremely eloquent and well-written: "no love, depression, and hate"... On their long-awaited first official album, you can enjoy 10 songs that will take you on a journey into a fantastic atmosphere. It's fair to say that this band knows how to use reverb and delay effects! There's no doubt about it: Bleib Modern are looking for/facing a great future in the new coldwave scene and will surely surprise us with further changes, release after release.
