Acclaimed Illinois-based singer-songwriter Dan Hubbard releases his 10th studio project, Vol 1: Letting Go, on October 24, 2025. The six-song EP marks the first installment in a two-part collection, showcasing Hubbard's most emotionally open and musically adventurous work to date. Vol 1: Letting Go blends Hubbard's signature storytelling with fresh sonic textures—drawing from R&B, Soul, and Pop influences while staying rooted in heartfelt Americana. Three songs—"Remember", "Sad Eyes" and "Open Up"—were recognized as semifinalists in the 2024 International Songwriting Competition, each in a different genre category, a testament to Hubbard's range and lyrical depth.
