Two of Illinois’s dumbest bands unite to top every forthcoming “worst of 2025” list. False Negative turn in three fiery MWHC ragers from the cornfields of Wapella, IL in the vein of the Necros and Naked Hippy, while Lost Legion do some jarring blend of Cro-Mags-meets-Jawbreaker from a part of Chicago that Fox News swears up-and-down you need to avoid (you don’t, the south side is lovely). 150 copies on yellow and black splatter vinyl with cover art from Andy Fletcher (Burden).
