Disturbing crimes upset the city. The bodies of the victims are marked with a symbol that leads to the Cult of Kito, a secret organization wed by an albino named O'Hara. The inspector Frank Baiocchi (called Prunella Ballor) decides to involve Emanuelle, the famous photo reporter, with the intention to infiltrate her among the adepts of the cult and reach their leader. It will be a hallucinated trip around the world that, will test the mental health of uninhibited journalist, bringing her to the gates of hell, between esoteric rituals, orgies and psychedelic drugs.
